Ottawa's Amateur Porn War Continues

OTTAWA – Jim and Jenn Deans of Mywifebucks.com have spent the summer battling with local neighbors and several community groups after it was discovered by a neighbor they ran several adult sites from their home.

From having their home vandalized to small rallies against the Deans and being given the cold shoulder by the town they have lived in all their life, the Deans have now been dealt another blow.

The Deans company, Mywifebucks.com, has organized "The Capital Bash," an upscale webmaster event slated for Nov. 26 in the same city that has tried to out them from the community. Just when all seemed to be quiet, the club that the event was to be held in has suddenly told the Deans that the club no longer wishes to be associated with the event, as it did not want to have its good name associated with the adult industry.

Jim Deans says he was taken by surprise as Mywifebucks.com was very upfront about the event with the owners of the club from the beginning and assumes the same group that has caused the problems of this summer for the Deans may be behind it. Another club owner has heard of the Capitalbash and has offered his club for the venue, although the club's name has yet to be announced.
